I get it! I was running on pure adrenaline, stress and anxiety for more years than I care to remember. I did burnout and I have been on a journey to rediscover health for years.

I don't want this to happen to you, so now I work on programs for people like you on the verge of burnout, excess stress, overwhelm or being diagnosed with a chronic health condition.

I am passionate about reminding people to take time out to Disconnect | Rest | Connect and to give themselves and all their inner 'systems' a break.
